Objective To compare the deeentration and tilt of 3 kinds of intraocular lenses (IOLs) with different materials and shapes after combined surgery (pbacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation and pars plana vitrectomy).Methods It was a retrospective case-control study.The combined surgery was performed on 58 eyes,implanting one of 3 different kinds of intraocular lenses [the 4-loop hydrophilic acrylic intraocular lens (group 1),the 2-loop hydrophilic acrylic intraocular lens (group 2) and the 2-loop hydrophobic acrylic intraocular lens (group 3)].Stability was evaluated by measuring the decentration and tilt with a Scheimpflug imaging system 6 months postoperatively.Data were analyzed with ANOVA,Results The mean decentrations in groups 1,2 and 3 were 0.13-±0.07 mm,0.22±0.28 mm and 0.16±0.11 mm,respectively.The differences were not statistically siguificant (F=0.899,P>0.05).The mean tilts in groups 1,2 and 3 were 2.29±1.49°,4.00±1.25° and4.36±1.78°,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant (F=6.958,P<0.05).The tilt in group 1 was less than that of the other 2 groups and the difference was statistically significant (group 2:t=0.642,P<0.05; group 3:t=0.586,P<0.01).Conclusion The 3 different types of intraoeular lenses are all stable after combined surgery.The 4-loop intraoeular lens had good performance with great stability compared to the 2-loop mtraocular lens,and the clinical,outcomtes should be followed up over the long term,
