Abstract: High myopia has become a public problem in China due to serious complications and the onset at a young age. A number of studies have shown that the biological parameters of the eye can change with the development of high myopia. In order to further explore the pathogenesis of high myopia, this article reviews the relationship between high myopia and ocular biological parameters, so our clinical work can be a better guide for more accurate and specific prevention and treatment.
