Abstract Objective: Preoperative Kappa angle measurement was performed to evaluate the influence of Kappa angle on visual quality of cataract patients with high myopia after regional refractive multifocal intraocular lens (MIOL) implantation. Methods: In this retrospective case series study, patients who underwent phacoemulsification combined with regional refractive MIOL implantation in Weifang Eye Hospital due to high myopia complicated with cataract from October 2018 to October 2019 were collected.
